We have had some personal changes since last year. Steve Shalhamer is leaving to play for the Lykins Valley Boys. Steve lives up in the Pocono’s and it was just too far to travel to play in the Sunnyside Band. He will be helping us out once in a while when we need him.
Our new Banjo player is Max Allison. He and his family live in Seven Valleys, Pa York Co. He is quite a talented guy. He also plays bass fiddle. We welcome him to our band.
We also have David Robertson filling in for Ray Horst, on some of our venues. David is originally from good old WV. Not to far from where I was born and raised. He plays mandolin and sings tenor. He and his family also live in York Co.
You will all get to meet and see their musical abilities this summer at the different venues. Thanks for making them feel at home when you meet them.
